SHCA Chapter Recognition Award

Review and complete the chapter award application and complete the scoring guide. The chapter with the most points will be honored in a special session during the Chapter Development Meeting held on-site at the SHCA Annual Conference and Exhibition.

All chapter applicants are invited to bring a "display" board highlighting the chapter's work to show at the Chapter Development Meeting.

The winner is honored in a special session during the Business Luncheon held at the SHCA Annual Conference and Exhibition.
