Minnesota Association of Patient Representatives (MAPR)

MAPR's mission is to enhance the effectiveness of its members by providing professional, educational, and emotional support. The association will increase the awareness of the vital role of individuals working in patient representation and consumer affairs to ensure that health care consumers have access to a strong advocacy system.



Goals
  1. To advoate for patients' rights.
  2. To provide educational activities for the members.
  3. To facilitate members' professional growth.
  4. To increase membership in the association through expanded visibility and improved communication among members.
  5. To develop a support network among association members.


Meetings

The intention of our meetings is to educate, update, network, share ideas, problem solve, and rejuvenate!

  • December: Winter Fun Lunch, place TBA


Time:
Meetings are held the last Wednesday of every month

Coffee and treats at 8:00 am, meeting starts at 8:30 am
