Becoming a Change Agent - Speaker

Anita Woodward, president of A. Woodward & Associates, has over 20 years of healthcare management, customer service, and human resources experience. Today, she uses her expertise to help organizations improve their performance by providing a customized offering of Customer Service, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Communications consulting services.

Ms. Woodward has successfully designed and led customer service and employee relations efforts that significantly increased satisfaction levels within individual departments and entire hospital systems.  She has extensive writing and speaking experience. 

Ms. Woodward is the Past President of the Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio, which is a chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a Fellow of the College.  She also served as the president of the national Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy, and is currently active on various committees of the group.  Ms. Woodward is a part time faculty member at Cleveland State University.
