National Healthcare Consumer Advocacy Award

The National Healthcare Consumer Advocacy Award recognizes an outstanding community or national leader and/or group who has made a significant impact on the quality of care for the healthcare consumer in the United States or Canada.
The nominees (both organization and individual) must meet the following criteria:
- Must be an innovative, positive leader or group
- Must demonstrate commitment to healthcare quality
- Must have made a significant impact on healthcare consumers
- Must be able to attend the SHCA Annual Business Meeting to be held during the SHCA Annual Conference, April 9- 11, 2008 at the Hyatt Union Station in St Louis, MO.
