9 Domains of Practice for the Patient Advocate

Gaining knowledge and skills around improving the patient experience is crucial to not only our function as Healthcare Consumer Advocates, but as collective voices reaching for an ever-improving patient experience. This activity has been submitted to Illinois Nurses Association Approver Unit for approval to award contact hours.  Illinois  Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
