Keynote Speakers
The Opening and Closing sessions will offer presentations by renowned individuals and industry leaders. These are two of the best-attended sessions at the conference and are open to all attendees, faculty, vendors and guests. In addition to the benefits outlined above:
- The sponsoring organizations will introduce the session's speaker
- Sponsorship recognition signage will be placed at the room entrance
- Official acknowledgement of your company's sponsorship will be made during the opening session
- A brochure or piece of literature can be placed on the attendees' seats prior to the presentations

Corporate Exposure: Educational Sessions
Educational programming at the Annual Conference communicates key issues affecting the industry. Overall sponsorship of all concurrent sessions is offered to one organization for high visibility to conference attendees. In addition to signage, at each of the breakout sessions, the sponsoring organizations may have a representative introduce two session speakers and include a piece of literature at every session.

Chapter Development Meeting
Chapter leaders and the Society’s leadership from SHCA's nationwide network are invited to attend this educational event and idea exchange. The sponsoring organization will receive verbal and written recognition during the event and can have up to three representatives attend. Benefits extend:

Social Events
Continental Breakfasts
A continental breakfast is provided to all conference attendees and exhibitors on specified days of the conference. Organizations will receive special signage and napkins featuring your company's logo and contact information will be used for the breakfast.
Investment: 2 @ $1,100 per day
Refreshment Breaks
Refreshment breaks are offered between educational sessions at the Conference. Refreshment breaks are a great way to gain additional exposure and recognition from all conference participants. Recognition signage will be prominently displayed at all refreshment break stations and napkins featuring you company's logo and contact information will be used at the break.

First-time Attendees and New Member’s Reception
Patient Support professionals who are new to the conference, as well as new members of the Society meet national leadership and network with your staff and their peers. This is a perfect time to reach a fresh new audience! Benefits include:

- The opportunity to have up to four company representatives network at this event
- Option to distribute a promotional item at function at all individual place settings (supplied by the sponsor)

Kick-Off Exhibit
The Kick-off Exhibit Reception signifies the start of this annual conference for attendees and vendors as they network, meet old friends, make new acquaintances, and get to know the sponsor. The reception features music and dancing, food and beverages.

Society Celebration - SOLD
The Society Celebration Reception attracts all conference attendees as a lively and much anticipated networking event. The sponsoring company for this event equally has a fantastic opportunity to garner much recognition and goodwill from the audience.

Leadership Reception
The Society is pleased to offer sponsorship of the Past President's Reception. Attended by the Society's past presidents and current national leadership, the Reception offers great visibility and opportunities for networking. Benefits include:

- Acknowledgement at the reception and an opportunity to address the group for up to three minutes
- The option of distributing a promotional gift during function (supplied by the sponsor)

2011 Annual Conference Daily Planner* (5.5”W x 8.5”H)
The conference daily planner is the official guide to the conference, with daily schedules, maps, session info, key conference info and plenty of room for session notes. This lightweight guide will be the main reference for information on who, what, where and when while serving as a year-long calendar and reference tool for SHCA membership contacts. Sponsor receives:
- Your logo on the front cover (4-color process)
- Full-page ad inside front cover of planner (4-color process)
- Special acknowledgment at the opening session
- On-site signage throughout the conference

SHCA Bookstore
The bookstore is open throughout the conference and is the place where attendees pick up new titles on topics such as leadership, management, and service excellence. Book signings with select authors encourage traffic in and near the SHCA Bookstore. Sponsorship benefits include:

Conference Tote Bags
Tote Bags are distributed to each conference attendee, who in turn displays your company's information to a targeted audience of healthcare workers when they use your bags on the job. The Tote Bags are imprinted with the SHCA logo, conference dates and location, and feature the sponsor name and logo.

Identification Wallets
Identification Wallets are essentially lanyards with a zipper compartment and several pockets for business cards, key cards, and other storage of small items. Each conference attendee receives an ID Wallet with the sponsoring organization's name and contact information embossed on it (required for admittance to all educational sessions and social events).

Cyber Cafe
This sponsorship opportunity gives attendees the convenience and added value of accessing the internet and e-mail throughout the meeting. Sponsoring company receives:
