SHCA Learning Network

Welcome to the SHCA Learning Network, a peer information sharing tool for members of the Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy of the American Hospital Association.  In your role, often times you are faced with questions, issues, or work that you have previously not experienced- but that doesn't mean your colleagues haven't.  This tool was developed as a stepping stone to the soon-to-launch SHCA member ListServ.  

Each week questions flood in to the SHCA Chicago office from our members looking for answers, opinions and peer support on pressing issues in their everyday capacity.  Below you will find those questions, posed to you, our most valued member resource.  We ask simply that if you have experience, advice, content to share, or references to point your fellow member to, that you take a few moments to respond to this e-mail. 

These question banks will remain open for 6 days, at the end of which, responses will be collected and information will be posted in the resource section of the SHCA website creating a resource database of knowledge for member's only access.
